  • Professional and academic data contained in the resume/CV and other documents you attach to the application;
  • Access credentials used to track your application on the job portal;
  • Other data will be stored exclusively in synchronization performed according to standards established with the company and current legislation.

b) Browsing data collected by cookies and similar technologies, used to maintain the session and measure page performance. The use of non-essential cookies depends on your consent, expressed in the notice displayed upon first access.

c) The data provided by our users is collected for the following purposes:

  • Conduct LEVTY's selection processes and communicate the progress of your application;
  • Respond to contact requests sent through the channels published on the website;
  • Keep the website functioning safely and properly.

3. Sensitive data

Any and all sensitive personal data will be stored strictly in accordance with standards established with the company and current legislation; such data is defined in Article 5, item II, of Federal Law No. 13,709/2018.

The collection and use of sensitive personal data will only be carried out with the specific and highlighted consent of its data subjects, except, where applicable, in cases where the General Data Protection Law permits the processing of this type of data based on legal grounds other than consent.

In any case, the processing of sensitive personal data will only occur to fulfill specific purposes expressed in this policy or duly informed to the user by other means.

4. Sharing personal data with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties. Despite this, it is possible that we may do so to comply with a legal or regulatory requirement, or to comply with an order issued by a public authority.

5. How long your personal data will be stored

Personal data collected by the website is stored and used for a period of time that corresponds to what is necessary to achieve the purposes listed in this document, taking into account the rights of its data subjects, the rights of the website controller, and applicable legal provisions. Once the storage periods for this data expire, it is removed from our databases or anonymized, except in cases where storage is possible or necessary due to a legal provision.

Even though we do everything within our power to prevent security incidents, it is possible for a problem to occur driven exclusively by a third party—such as in the case of a hacker or cracker attack—or due to the exclusive fault of the user, which occurs, for example, when the user themselves transfers their data to a third party. Thus, although we are generally responsible for the personal data we process, we disclaim liability in the event of an exceptional situation like these, over which we have no control.

In any case, should any type of security incident occur that may create relevant risk or damage to any of our users, we will notify those affected and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

This version of this privacy policy was last updated on June 13, 2024.

We reserve the right to modify these rules at any time, especially to adapt them to any changes made to our website, whether by making new features available or by removing or modifying existing ones. Whenever a modification occurs, our users will be notified of the change.
